  Spring returns to the earth and all things thrive. From March 16 to 18, 2026, the company’s three-day new employee onboarding training was successfully held.

  On the morning of March 16, the training kicked off in a solemn and warm ceremony. Leaders attended in person to extend a sincere welcome to new members. They elaborated on the historic opportunities and challenges facing the company in the opening year of the 15th Five-Year Plan, and stressed the urgent need for outstanding professionals and young backbones. In their earnest speeches, the leaders encouraged all new employees to cherish the platform, quickly adapt to their new roles, realize their value through diligence, and inject youthful vitality into the company.
  Following the ceremony, the first training session Growing Together with the Company began immediately. Covering the industry outlook, corporate strategy and corporate culture from multiple perspectives, the session helped new employees gain a deep understanding that personal growth is closely linked to corporate development, and ignited their enthusiasm to strive alongside the company through thick and thin.
  The Human Resources Department arranged a systematic corporate policy interpretation course to help new employees fully understand the company’s rules and standards. From the employee handbook and various management regulations to human resource policies and career promotion paths, the instructors answered questions for every new employee.This not only helped them quickly adapt to the corporate environment, but also strengthened their confidence in the company’s fair, transparent and opportunity-filled development platform.
  “Safety is the lifeline of an enterprise.” In the company-level safety training, instructors combined real cases to explain work safety laws and regulations, the company’s safety management system, post risk identification and prevention measures, as well as emergency response knowledge. Shocking scenes and in-depth reflections on accidents deeply rooted the concept of "Safety First, Prevention First" in every new employee. After the course, all participants took a safety education exam, building a solid ideological foundation for their upcoming on-the-job work.
  During the training, a special guided tour of the corporate culture exhibition hall was arranged. New employees visited displays documenting the company’s journey from its founding to its growth, and from traditional manufacturing to intelligent transformation. Precious historical photos, story-filled exhibits, and proud innovative achievements silently narrate the enterprise’s struggles and glory.
  Theoretical courses lay the groundwork for practical operation.This training included two core professional courses: Basic Bearing Knowledge and Bearing Manufacturing Process.
  Senior engineers started with the fundamentals such as the definition, classification and structure of bearings, then moved step by step into the full manufacturing process — material selection, forging, turning, heat treatment, grinding and assembly. Closely integrated with real production, the courses helped new employees build a clear knowledge map of bearing manufacturing, laying a solid theoretical foundation for their future roles.
During the training, new employees also stepped into the busy production workshops for on-site practical observation and learning.
  At the end of the training, all new employees took a rigorous comprehensive assessment, which fully tested their learning achievements over the three days. The company firmly believes that these "new buds" will take root deeply and grow upward on the big stage of the company, contributing their wisdom and strength to the company’s new journey in the 15th Five-Year Plan!
